I will like to add that the shoulders are not enveloped well they distort when bending the arm all the way down.
When I rename the bones, es wever saves when I upload ain .odel again. How do I keep the names permanent?
Rename them via xps.
That's what I did. When I open XPS again and upload the model, the bone names are reset again.
If you saving as "generic_item.mesh" you should add model via "file/add model". If you adding model via "modify/load generic_item" you should either choose "generic_item.mesh" file either save renamed bones model to "generic_item.mesh.ascii".

I havent tried out the model yet but just by looking at your picture of the model something looks really off. why is dante's exposed right arm BLACK?
It's not properly uvw unwrapped

Its still without bones
the model is perfectly rigged, only needs to remove useless bones.. but it works perfectly
Well, I downloaded. It was the model without bones. I went to see in the "data" folder and there was some itens with the name "Dante". I created a folder and put those itens in it. So I opened XPS and it was everything there. But the bones were without a name ad almost all of them doesnīt move anything. The only I found is a bone of the coat and the Root Ground
Impossible. I've checked for bones. And it all in place.
